Return policy
We offer free returns within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Eligible for Free Returns:
- The product arrived with a factory defect.
- The product arrived damaged or broken.
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- You received the wrong size or color.
Customer-Paid Returns:
- The product matches the description, but you simply don't like it.
- You changed your mind about the purchase, but the parcel has already been dispatched.
- The product was ordered by mistake but has already been shipped.
- The wrong size of the product was chosen.
- The wrong color of the product was chosen.
Remember:
- Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
- In most cases, we will require a photo of the product to decide on a refund. When contacting us, please provide a photo and reach out via email or live chat.
- We review refund requests within 1 business day.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must send the items back with a tracking number.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned package.
- The refund does not include the postage paid by the buyer when placing the order.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

But our guaranteed time for retrieval is 60 days, in case of unforeseen problems such as the mistake of the postal company in delaying the delivery or loss of goods and more
One of our honors so far has been the complete and timely delivery of all products
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- you receive the wrong or damaged item
- you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
To start a return or refund, you can contact us at support@rainbowgembeads.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
